Activision has announced today that they will be developing a new version of Guitar Hero (surprised, I think not). It has been rumored since Guitar Hero III's release and has finally been made into a reality. Fans of the world-renowned American Rock 'n' Roll band Aerosmith will soon be able to rock their living rooms with them in Guitar Hero: Aerosmith. This is Activision's first attempt at a single-band Guitar Hero game and have done so with an excellent band choice. Having a Disney World amusement ride named and modeled after the band is quite an accomplishment, and now a game will soon further express their wide populatiry.
Guitar Hero: Aerosmith will be made available for the PS2, PS3, Wii and X360 consoles. There has been no release date given and has been marked as TBA; So stayed tuned to eXophase for the latest developments as they come. Activision has also made "Dream On" available for free download to Guitar Hero III: Legends of Rock owners (PS3/360).
