NDS Guitar Hero On Tour Revealed, Guitar Grip Pictured

German magazine N-ZONE has the exclusive on Guitar Hero On Tour, the DS installment in Activision's hit Guitar Hero series. Due for a release later this summer, On Tour is under development by Vicarious Visions and will ship with a Guitar Grip peripheral (pictured above) that fits into the GBA slot of the DS.

How does it work? Players hold the DS sideways with one hand on the guitar grip, hitting notes as they appear on-screen. It's the full Guitar Hero experience on a portable -- just minus an actual guitar of course. Very cool.

Yup yup. I can't quite beat Devil Went Down to Georgia on GH3 on Expert yet, though. But I've beaten all the rest like Through the Fire and Flames 'n' such, and I've beaten everything on GH2.

i just barely got past freya on hard in GH2...

i did hear about this on a mobile forum about 2 months ago if i remember...the pictures make it look hard to play...what with the screen on the left....would be better flipped over
