hiya ppl

ive got 2 faulty psp's and im trying to make a working one...

the 1st im guessing has a fault with the motherboard, it wont recognize the umd drive, at 1st i thought it was the umd drive itself but after putting another one in it i found it still wouldn't work.

the 2nd has a cracked screen and where the battery is inserted the 3 gold prongs is unattached to the psp (make sense?)

so ive taken the screen out of the 1st and thats now in the second psp, the problem i have is sorting the battery bit out, i stripped the 1st one and i think the battery bit is connected to the motherboard, so is there anyway round this or am i gonna have to buy a new motherboard?

thanks
