It's a sad day in the gaming industry today. As reported on 8bitflix, Composer Normand Corbeil passed away at the age of 56 yesterday. The musical mind behind Heavy Rain was battling Stage IV pancreatic cancer.
Corbeil was most recently working on the soundtrack for Beyond: Two Souls, developer Quantic Dreams' upcoming PlayStation 3 exclusive.
