Hello Neighbor 2 and Cyberpunk 2077 missing from my PSN profile

Hello Exophase Support,


I have an issue with my PSN profile. Two games are completely missing from my Exophase profile:

• Hello Neighbor 2 — I have already earned the Platinum trophy.
• Cyberpunk 2077 — I am currently working towards the Platinum trophy.

Both games and their trophies are visible on my PlayStation account, but neither game appears on Exophase.


I have already tried the manual profile sync and checked the hidden games setting, but the issue persists. It has been happening for about a month.


Could you please check my profile and help me fix this issue?

They are tracked, but you have them manually hidden here. I’m not sure which hidden game setting you checked but they show for me using Options -> Show Hidden Games.
