hey guys im having problems with my 3.52 m33-4 fat psp...when i upgraded to 3.52 mm33, evrything started working ok at first..no problems were encountered but after a few days some problems started to occur like games wont start etc...so i updated it to m33-4 but the problems persisted...

like...it would not save wallpapers...i get a black screen evrytime i reset or change iso/cso games, another problem is the RECOVERY settings wont stay "saved" after again changing games or turning on the psp..for example the vhs menu will get disabled...the "no umd" would reset to "umd required" etc... i have to remove the battery evrytime..:crying: what should i do?

should i upgrade to 3.71 m33-2???? thanks!

Ahh, this one is easy. Go into the Recovery Menu, Select "Advanced" and Choose to format flash1. You might encount BSoD, but that's okay.

Thanks for ur help.. :) hmm... how do i format flash the safest way?? i heard that this could brick my psp..so im afraid to try it...hope you could give me some step by step procedure...:w00t: thanks!

Turn off your PSP completely. (holding the button up to 10 seconds)

Hold the R button and turn on, you'll be in the Recovery menu.

Go to "Advanced"

Then choose the last one "Format flash1 and reset settings".

You're not on 3.71M33, so basically there'll be no problem formatting flash1 with this method.
