I have tried to install firmware which it told me data corrupted
I have tried downgrading which it says data corrupted
I have taken another Battery Apart to manually pandora it

I have Windows XP
My psp Firmware is 6.00

try to redownload all files that you are using!!!., then if it doesn't help you out., then try to download the same file in this site!!!.

what are you trying to do?
how new is the psp?

ok, if your psp came with 4.01 you wont be able to install cfw to watch youtube on your psp.

your going to needto make a pandora and magic memory stick. Check the guides section for help on this
