hey my brother has been hastling me to find it and i was wondering is there a WORKING mr driller gamefor psp
 
Knowing nothing about the game other than a quick wiki search, it appears to have been released on PS1, Game Boy Advance and Game Boy Color, amongst other systems.

Judging by that you should be able to get either a pops version or an emulator to run a ROM of it. Usual copyright rules etc.
