help with updating CFWenabler

Im kind if new to the world of cfw, but I managed to get CFWenabler 3.51 on my PSP 3000 a few weeks ago. Anyways now CFWenabler 3.60 is out and i am unsure of how to update my version. I think i read that i can use network update, but dont wanna risk it since im unsure. Anyways, could anyone tell me what I should do?
 
i would just download the latest version and install it as usual

yes you can do that,,. I used it on my PSP3000!!.
