I'm playing Last Hope Zombie War and I have a few level achievements that include killing the OBSERVER.
Any help on what/where this observer is??
 
In this game, all 181 achievements are given for completing the level. Additional tasks do not affect achievement, they only affect stars ★★★. The observer is an unarmed unit, located on the roof / in cover. Just look around ;)
