not much, just a few bug fixes to increase game compatibility. Once you've installed 3.10 OE-A, A2 is just a small update you can run.

Is it wrong of me to to wish for a downgrader to never come out when I read posts like this?
It's pretty simple: "no more paying for games" NO MORE GAMES!
