Hidden hame still visible on EA Games.

Hello,

I have two games on my EA account. I hid one of them, Lost in Random, using Exophase's hide game feature.

When I view my profile while logged in, the game doesn't appear (see Image 1). However, if another user views my profile, the game is still visible to them (see Image 2).

This doesn't happen with my Xbox profile, where hidden games remain hidden from other users.

Is there any way to fix this, or remove the game from my profile entirely?

This is expected since your EA account hasn't been verified, while the Xbox one has. For non-verified accounts we don't apply the changes while logged out, otherwise anyone would be able to make changes to profile data basically.

That being said, currently we don't have a verification method in place for EA - I've just manually verified your profile now.
