Hiding Corrupted Icons

On my memory sticks (Genuine Sony & SanDisk) there are these corrupted icons which I don't know how to get rid of. I know what each are for though.
For one, it's the " folder" file which has no Eboot.pbp in it, so it's corrupted, but for my Homebrew Memorystick, I know that the corrupted icons represent the "[blank]" and the "%" files.

But how do I get rid of them, because they take up a lot of space... and I know I shouldn't delete them, or my roms will go byebye... I tried "Hide Corrupt Icons" from Recovery...

Is there a way to hide those folders?

um... you could use a program like psp content manager which lets u make 1.50 kernel homebrews into 1.00. So basicly it makes 2 file into 1^^(the folders)

Mmmmhmmmmm sounds interesting... I'll just ask my best friend(Google) for that link =) Sounds interesting... so If I understand correctly, it combines the original file with the % files. Thanks Frosty =o
