RetroArch is a frontend, it supports a bunch of different emulators, and some of the systems emulated have Pokemon games. Can you be a bit more specific with your question? Which game do you want to play for instance? https://www.retroarch.com/

If RA support achievements for the game you're playing, and the emulator you use supports RetroAchievements, Exophase should see them. You do need an account at https://retroachievements.org/ for that first.

In Retroarch, login with your Retroachievements account and the most important, you must have the correct games (ROMs).
You can see the details on their RA game page, check linked hashes, the red underlined code is the specific version of ROM that you have to use.
