How to change the Region

My Mac had gone with the "-" and I fixed it by IDStorage and Key cleaner. Now, I could access the Internet but not Network Game. I would like to change the region key to test but I don't know where to change on the key 0x100 and 0x120

I want to change to "PSP-1006CW........Hong Kong/Singapore.......5........0x0A........Ceramic White Giga Pack" this value, but don't know where to change at this files. The files contain more than 1 locations has similar value.

Please help.

Do NOT ever change key 100~106, also 120~126.
It is unique for each PSP, changing it will paralyze your PSP forever.

The region doesn't really matter, unless you're watching UMD movies. (but no one has found an alternative way to change it).

You better have a backup. What you've done in my point of view is as worse as dropping your PSP.
