There are loads of issues , and every new person (myself included) seems to flip out after Successfully Downgrading, and relizing their psp is acting funny. Heres something to try BEFORE asking for help.
1. Right after downgrading format your memory stick.
a. Settings / Format Memory Stick
2. Restore default settings.
a. Settings / Restore default settings
3. Remove battery , and power plug for 30 seconds and reboot.
4. Press the brightness key a few times.
99% of issues (which are normal) are solved by doing this.
