How To Update 4.01 To 4.01 M33?

I Have An Black Fat (Brick) PSP And I Want To Get Version 4.01 M33 On My Play Station Portable . I Have Placed All The Files And Done All The Steps Correctly, But When I Try To Install It, It Comes Up With This Error 'This game could not be started (80020148)' I Need An Answer ASAP!..
When I Get This Working I Want To Downgrade it. So I Can Download Games Off The Net And Download App. But If I Dont Get This Working Then I Have No Chance. Some1 Help Me Please.

Umm... You will need Pandora Battery to downgrade, there is no downgrader on firmware higher than 3.50. Sorry. But how can you run the program when your PSP is bricked? It doesn't make sense, unless you have more than 1 PSP.

if it is bricked psp can't start ... so how to load the game

find a friend's psp with CFW (custom firmware) v.3.xx OE or M33 and create a pandora bat+ magic stick...

if u can't try something else!!

find a friend with a psp OFW (official firmware) with a version lower than 3.50 (i mean that it must be a OFW max version 3.40
then downgrade it with a psp guide for his OFW .. upgrade to a v3.xx CFW ... after create a pandora bat+ magic stick

then if u have pandora + magic stick downgrade ur PSP !!!

note that u must have a Compitable battery and a memory stick PRO DUO (32 mb stick is only DUO so u have to buy another bigger and PRO DUO!)

also note that u can restore a pandora battery to a normal again !!! so you don't have to buy another battery if u haven't the money
also magic stick can be restored to a normal stick !! they way to do that is to format it
