I keep getting errors when trying emulators please help!

Everytime I try to start up any of the emulators I have I recieve the error "The game could not be started (8002014c) I am using the 310 OE_A firmware. Please let me know whats going on or what I may need to do to get these working.
 
Your GAME folder is set to use 3.10 kernel, so put your homebrew applications in GAME150

<pspdrive>:/PSP/GAME150/
