Weirdest shit I've ever seen. Hands down. It's so weird that it makes it hard to watch. But Adrien Brody is always great. I really wish we saw Sarah Polley's tits instead of Delphine Chaneac's.

It totally ruined all the good memories of the show. This movie blows, huge disappointment. It left out major plots in the story and included alot of minor ones. The only thing good about this film are the effects.

This is like Deja-Vu of the Dragonball movie, completely shattered my memories of Dragonall.

All in all, save your money and watch something better, I had some hope for this movie but the cast suck, story is butchered, and it was a total letdown.

I would rather watch Twilight then this.

They need to scrap the idea of any sequels, re-cast and do this movie again and do it right.

I could have told this movie would suck ass without knowing any of the background stuff you mentioned.
 
I saw Brooklyn's Finest and Green Zone over the past two days. I'd recommend both of them for a watch.

I'm kind of went in knowing I would like Brooklyn's Finest since I'm a big fan of Training Day by the same director. It was above average with a very solid cast.

I had downloaded Green Zone knowing absolutely nothing about it and went in expecting another Bourne film since Matt Damon is the lead, but it was well acted and had political overtones that my views fall in line with, so I liked it.
 
Alice In Wonderland (2010) - Complete waste of time. Stupid story, bad acting, the CGI was nausiating in how fake it looked. There is nothing good about this movie at all. It should never have been amde and Tim Burton should simply retire and continue to live off the royalties from Nightmare Before Christmas.
 
Watched the A-team. went into the theatre expecting a shitty remake/reboot but I actually really enjoyed the movie. recommend it to anyone who wants a good laugh

This movie was actually pretty good. I thought it was gonna be crappy, but ended up being pretty good. Has a good amount of action and some humor.
 
Robin Hood: Aside for the spectacular bookend battles, nothing of interest happens. Boring film with very little going for it, beside maybe kick starting a franchise.

Shrek Forever After: Pretty funny and a nice twist on the Shrek story. 3D was unnecesary, but overall it was extremely entertaining.

Two of the BEST kills ever seen in a movie. I doubt anything in the future will ever be able to surpass the liquid nitrogen and the inverted drill bit.

I don't know why its rated so low. The whole point of watching the movie is to see how people die and it does that really well.

Clearly most people disagree with your assessment that it does anything "really well". Also, it's hard to highly rate a feature length film with two good scenes.

People enjoy movies like The Final Destination which are rated really low. I just enjoy watching violence. Just download a 700MB rip and skip to those two scenes if you have to.

Hence the word "most". I'm not insinuating such movies don't have merit... Just that most people don't think they do. And we all know popular opinion isn't always right (like the 2000 election, or Britney Spears' entire career).
 
Inception (2010)

Enjoyed the hell out of this movie, real mind fuck style of movie you will enjoy :)
 
The Birds: Awesome thriller, and I still don't have a clue what was happening, which I suppose was the point of the film. Scary as shit and I'm still fairly paranoid whenever I hear a bird. Awesome stuff with an odd ending.
