IFA 2006: TDK announces 200GB disc prototype

At the IFA 2006, TDK announced their launch of the bite sized 50GB Blu-ray discs as well as announcing the development of a 200GB Blu-ray disc prototype! The prototype disc is single sided and contains a total of six layers each holding 33.3GB.
