I'm getting a "This user requested manual removal from the site for privacy reasons." error when adding my Uplay/Ubisoft account, here

Hi,

I'm trying to add my Ubisoft Connect/Uplay account to my profile, but I'm getting the following error: "This user requested manual removal from the site for privacy reasons. If you are the original account holder, contact support to remove this flag."

I think I had an old Exophase account that I've deleted at some point, awhile back, and I had linked Ubisoft to it. Maybe that's the cause of this. Can someone from support manually override that blocking flag, so I can add it again?

The Ubisoft username is "Sano_Folha", by the way.

And this whole thread can be deleted, as soon as that's fixed, please. No point in keeping it around, cluttering the forums... I just didn't know if there was a more official route into creating a "support ticket", so I went with this route. Thank you, again
