New to all this but tryin to get my PSP updated as a new FW was released by Sony, so my issue is i have is im using 3.95 *untouched* and i want to upgrade to 401.PBP

So i read that i need to put the UPDATE folder from 401M33.rar into \PSP\GAME and ive done this.
Then place 401.PBP into the UPDATE folder within \PSP\GAME, so ive done this then it says i just need to go to the game menu and select it and thats where it all goes wrong, i click it and the psp logo does it thing and makes that anoying psp sound and gives me "The ame could not be started. ( 80020148 )"
Any idea how to get this workin and where im going wrong?
 
If your PSP has official firmware then you cannot run M33 updates from PSP/GAME due to securities in the OFW.

You need a "jigkick" (pandora battery) and a magic stick that will install
Des.Cem V5 (3.90 M33) via the "Jas0nuk's ELF menu" to get the PSP from OFW to CFW.
