I had problems installing this because the readme is not clear.
Now i have a PSP PHAT and ths method works for me, once you have the files for the HEN, follow these steps.
1) Copy h.bin to your memory stick root, this is where the VIDEO, PICTURE and PSP folders are.
2) Go to PSP, then PHOTO, if you havent got one of these, make one manually.
3) Copy the whole contents of chickHEN which is found inside the slim folder, copy this inside of PHOTO.
4) Then copy the eggsploit.tiff found in the PHAT folder to the PHOTO folder you just made.
5) Go photos on your psp XMB and thats it, the HEN loads from there of my PSP, if it doesn't, restart your PSP and try again, if that dont work, restart again and quickly click on the chickHEN folder. Getting it to work is trial and error.

Why dont this work on my PSP?
This is for 5.03 only, no other firmware will work with this.
I have a Ta-88V3, can i still use this?
Yes, this is universal across all PSP's
