invalid PSN username?

Just bought a new PS 3 and want to create a multiplattform gamercard but i always get this error:
"The PSN Username is invalid, check privacy settings"

I signed in two both EU (im from germany) and US PSN sites and created a gamercard.
Also my private settings in PSN looks fine, there are only two options.

My XBL-account works fine... it's "Darkrain333", the same for the PSN-ID.

Have you ever played any games on PSN? When I pull up your ID there's no trophies or even games logged.

Didnt know that this is sessacary... just signed in to PSN.
Do i only have to play the game or must i unlock at least one trophy?

It was, but I've made some changes to allow 0 trophy accounts. Try creating a new card now and it should work.
