IPhoneLinux for IPhone 3GS?

hey all, i'm trying to find out some information on getting IPhoneLinux installed on the 3GS, from what i've found the answer is no because of their being no bootrom exploit(most of these answer's seem to be from September), however, afaik limera1n is an bootrom exploit, but it seems nothing i've found seems to make light of this, anyone in the know if it might be possible now?

It can now but will not have dual boot and will be tethered.
