i can't imagine cloud gaming to be realistically possible within the next decade, perhaps two or three decades from now, but i don't believe the infrastructure well be ready within 10 years to completely eliminate the need for hardware
 
Jaffe is insane. Always has been, always will be. He's a funny guy but I can't say much about his ideas. I like Twisted Metal... that's about it.
