Is there a certain time of day that the PSN store normally updates? It is Thursday and from what I've heard/read it should be available but I'll take another look

EDIT: It is out on the European PSN store I believe, and should be out on the US one as well. It will be coming to Steam later on today as well (need to update article with that information once I'm out of classes).
 
The PC version is great, might as well just pick this up for the PC when it comes out (if I can sort out the performance issues). You can check my specs in my signature but for some reason I struggle to run this game at anything greater than 40fps, even with resolution down and video settings turned down. It still looks good when it's turned down to about console-level quality but I'm pretty sure my GTX 275 can pull more than what it is delievering, need to run a benchmark soon.

Also is anyone getting some freezing issues with the PC demo? I've had it freeze twice on me, although I've attributed it to my card overheating (need to do again with fan turned up)

Try turning off SSAO. Makes little difference from a visual standpoint but nets a nice FPS boost (around 10 FPS or so). It's definitely a GPU bottleneck, though. I get around 40-60 vsync'd with my 5970 at 2560x1600. If I bump down the res to 1920x1200 it's a solid 60, never dips. Either way I find anything over >30 FPS more than suitable for this game.

Yeah disabling SSAO helped quite a bit if I recall, it's a new setting that I didn't recognize before, need to read up on that a bit more. Also some new Nvidia drivers came out the other day so I'm updating to those as well.
 
I liked how the demo gave you such a large area to play in, and reasonable time limit.
Its like a spiderman GTA in Mexico, and I had a blast with it.

I tried replicating riding the propane tank as seen in one of the trailers, but I couldn't pull it. The grapple wire just stretches and doesn't move me at all.

You have to aim at the very top of the barrel and don't touch anything once you hit the LB button.
