Hmm, is it possible to execute code when a song or video is running. Like have an embedded code in an mp3 that could run unsigned code and possibly leading to a downgrade?
 
No because in order to get a downgrade you need to get into kernel mode or something. And there has been no exploit found as of yet so no.
