Not a huge fan of the game, prefer Heroes of Newerth over it since it closely mimics the original DotA gameplay. League of Legends just doesn't do it for me (last time I played it though was when it was in beta). Just seemed to take away a lot of the strategy components that made DotA what it was. I've been asked by a few people to try it out so I might give it a try again later this week
