As promised, Capcom today unveiled a new title on the Xbox Live Marketplace. That game is Lost Planet 2, a sequel to 2007's sci-fi mech shooter.
The sequel looks to feature varied landscapes, in contrast to the original which was set on a planet covered entirely in snow. Areas shown the trailer range from a dark jungle drenched in rain to a fortified enemy camp with the sun looming brightly overhead.
Platform specifics were not revealed as part of the trailer and nor was a release window. However, given Capcom's commitment to multiplatform releases, releasing Lost Planet 2 as a 360 exclusive would be surprising.
