Magicgate Support

there's something really odd.
i have a sandisk 1G only used for flashing,
i plugged it in to upgrade my friends PSP to 3.52M33-2, and in the information it says it's Magicgate supported, but when i checked the same MS card on my PSP it only shows "Magicgate -", and not Magicgate Supported.

really awkward. He(my friend)'s a non-TA082 by the way, and mine is a TA082. Is there any chance it is corrupted during the downgrading process? but i have a clean set of keys now after i updated to 3.40OE-A and used the key cleaner.

I only use SanDisk memsticks. They're great. If it says MG is supported on his PSP, it should be fine.

Is his PSP a TA-086, or an older TA-079/81? TA-082/86 PSPs require the corruption-free downgraders. The latest NOOBZ 3.50 DG is corruption-free. For older corruption-free DGs, see the Development forum.

hm.... i've already replaced my corrupted keys back to the correct ones according to the PM you've send me a while ago.
My PSP was hard ware downgraded, so I didn't get a real chance of the progress.
hm... i'll do some more research on the web

EDIT: didn't catch a glimps at his motherboard cause i forgot to bring neither KC or IDStorage Manager when i downgraded/upgraded his PSP at his house.

Well, ignoring the keys for now, the point is a SanDisk memstick that reads Magicgate Supported on his PSP shouldn't have any problems on said PSP.
