Ok this is very similar to the photoshop the picture thread, but also like the worm thread because you make your own stuff.
Below is an image of just some land, the idea is to add an object and try to make the thing look like an old school game. As you can see I started by adding some bad guys and some coins and a couple of ledges.
You can add anything theme you want so it should end up really crazy
Rules:
Nothing too big.
Must be pixel art.
Must be your own work.
Must be saved as .png
