Or Memory Stick Pro-HG Duo 4GB (double speed than previous)

Can i use both for flashing CFW? And all custom applications?

It would be a better option to buy a Memory Stick PRO Duo (Mark 2) 8 GB??

I would be hesitant to get more then 4 gig personally. The main reason is they need "built in support" on the psp side. The 8 and 16 gig versions are nice,,, but expensive and if they dont work, or show up fake, You kinda wasted your cash. TBH im not familiar how far the MS support has come lately. I still use a bucket load of 2 gig sticks. They are very much affordable. And unless theyre fake they work as expected.
