I'm fairly sure that *=I this time around but outside of work I have too many distractions to get on and make any progress :(

Look for the single letter words. They have to be either A or I.

In this case * was the only single letter word. It had to be I this time around due to the first word being three letters leaving these as possible combinations:

MAY I
AND I
BUT I
etc

It's easier if you print a few copies out and just go through with trial and error.
