This is to replace my old thread as this is a new/different game.
I'm about to play Harvest Moon on my PSP and decided it would be fun to update the thread with screen shots and diary entries on how my farm is turning out.
So I know it might sound silly, but I love these games and it might be fun
(Days will be in game days, not real life days.)
Well, after the title screen I go through the regular process of entering my name and all I am shown a map of the island I will be living on.
The graphics are a huge step up for HM games, and the music is really nice:
So, apparently I am a robot and I need to become human, so in order to do so I must learn the value of life by growing stuff on a farm. A bit odd, but fun all the same.
We leave the building and I'm just going on a tutorial type thing with some jolly old fat man.
The new item selection menu is pretty nice looking as well, and easy to use:
Another thing is you now get seed bags that don't just toss the seeds on 9 squares, you have to do it automatically which is cool as you can choose exactly where you want them planted:
After eating dinner with my new friends, I get some free seeds and off I go to my farm.

Okay, so I chose to get up early this morning and as I stepped outside I saw the mayor and some other guy talking about some stuff, they think I suck, which is lame and that I won't make it
But screw them, I will. Charles, the mayors son said people wouldn't like that I'm a robot so I have to pretend to be human.
Anyway, after watering my crops I didn't have much else to do, and I can't leave the farm till the first lot grow, so I watched some TV and put the cooking channel on, so I now know how to make a cup of tea :
