need help on how to run psx emulator on my 3.10oe-c

yeah well i just got through getting my psp to a 3.10oe-c version, but i still don't get how to run emulators on it. can someone help me understand where to put these files please cus i wanna have some fun with this version already...
 
well for starters 3.03 and above has got it's own official PSX emulator. as for other emulators and for PSX games you put them all in
msroot/PSP/Game;)
