So NervOS is a XMB replacement? Is it a homebrew shell, or like an entire XMB replacement? Cause I don't wanna mess up my XMB, but I like the sound of it.

It's a homebrew shell, using it won't actually "replace" your XMB. It does provide most of the same functions that are in the XMB though such as a photo viewer, system info, accessing USB, etc.
 
Okay, thanks. So I just install it and use it? Does it mess with my flash? Just asking.
Also, I can uninstall it, right?
 
It does write onto your flash1 files but not your flash0. If done correctly, it will not harm your PSP in any form. You can still use your original XMB.
And yes. You can uninstall it as well, by going into the installer and pressing "Uninstall".
