New PSP wirth OFC 4.01 can not use pandora?

I just bought new PSP OFW in Japan today. I tried to change it to CFW with my padora batt
but It doen't boot the padora menu. what's wrong with that? can any one please help me?:crying:

my pandora batt is DC V.3. do I need to up to DC v6 for sloving this problem?
 
It's most likely a TA-088 v3 if it came with firmware 4.01 pre-installed, which does not work with any DC version.

TA-088 v2 motherboards do require DC6 though. Although it's unlikely your PSP is a v2, I'd just install DC6 to make sure.
