So this actually works on the 3ks now?

mstranger - Where's the patch mentioned....you've just linked to what is essentially page one of this topic.

Thanks for that....even if i had a PSP 3000 anyone who even thought about trying that thing out is far braver than me.

My psp shuts down when loading this. I flashed the files, but when I press x to run it, i wait the 5 seconds, and the screen goes black, and then shuts off completly

Well, as a linux user I'm used to a lot more cooperation and sharing.
I'm amazed by the fighting between devs and permanent ask/search for credits...
Try to work all together and progress will a lot easier and faster... it's not a competition but a quest to use the maximum of the capacities of the PSP.
I wish I were a developer...

yeah thats true...
Those fights for glory make me realy sad. Thats why the psp scene is dieing.
Look at the opposite, the wii scene, its totaly different! Most devs have there sourcecode on google, making it easy for other devs to find problems or improve code whatever.
And of course the one dev is using code from the other dev and if he gives credit or not, everyone knows were it comes from anyway or the source gets exposed by the community.
In the psp scene devs act like god or well its not them acting as gods its more the community making them gods and so on. Thats so childish.

Im sure everyone want credit for the work :).

But I agree with your post.

Wii Devs are just one big happy family while over here its kinda a war for glory. It may be also because this is something big and not just a normal discovery.

Yeah and they are normal ppl and you dont even need permission to talk to them lol
And hell they are always kind and helping out oO
I went to a irc channel of a dev group, said there is a issue in their latest release and 3-4 devs started to assist me to find the source of the problem, well after 2-3 days of combined search we found the problem and did the best to conquer it. Well all that time i was kinda beta tester geting prereleases to see if the problem is solved. Well it wasn't a small Homebrew...
2 totaly diffent worlds if you ask me.

and i thought DA wont release CFW nomore HAHA

Couldn't agree with you more. "Credit this ... credit that ..." Its really getting lame. People aren't dum, they know who created those brews and are grateful for it. IMO, some PSP devs are slowly becoming SONY/2.
