Alright let make things clear, Mathieu822 is a FAKER, and it has been proved, he claimed he worked with Yoshihiro,

Just read the pspgen thread. It turns out he is a FAKE and a LIAR is probably getting an IP ban and more until his release is proven real. He's gotton false hopes up and apparantly he is a piece of merd* (shi* in french)

He's a bastard for getting everyone's hopes up and didn't even know where ms0/psp was. YOshihiro has also confirmed this and also says he was never working with him

So until he's proven innocent/releases this, he's a FAKE

On other news: Yoshihiro says that the problem is that the 3k has a diffrent rebootex.bin than the 2k so the M33 modules won't work properly and will have to be made specific for 3k.

Nope I think someone will come up with on for the 3k >.>.

It is quite strange though how they bothered to make a CFE for the 2k models if piracy etc is so bad.

Hmmmm if you are correct then a CFE for the 3k should not matter either just going by what you said Kerza.

Right on the money. The PSP 3k represents 1 to 5% of all PSP's in the market right now... So they think let's not bother with the 3k that way Sony won't bother with us anymore (or something like that)
 
Well in my opinion if the 3k represents such a small portion of Sonys PSPS then it should not really be much of an issue having CFE on the 3k models.
 
I want to enable Pops Support. I try to flash it, but it gives me an error saying 'ERROR! Can't find pops.prx'. How do I fix it?
I have TA-88 V3 PSP.
 
yes and no... as long as the 3k remains uncracked (considering it is the PSP on the market right now) developers won't feel as scared - which is stupid considering there are still 1k and 2k's around - when it comes to developing for the PSP.

e.g. ever since the 3k came out we've been having a ton of games being announced and or coming to the PSP.

So yeah... This is the prespective things should be seen right now...

I don't believe it does if anything everyone is saying about E3 the PSP GO & the renewed developer interest is true the 3k plays a very small part in Sony's future business model for the PSP.

You have to get pops.prx.
Go to my guide (link in sig) and there is a package of all the pops files you need. Choose the one you want out of the pack (there are many from different firwmares with different compatibility. and rename it to pops.prx and place in ms0:/PSP/GAME/CFWEnabler/pops... just go to the guide, i can't write it all out)

About PSP 3k and GO

The problem is that Sony suck at advertising unlike Microsoft. Poeple (not in the scene)didn't know about the 3k until launch day in the UK. I'm guessing that it'll be the same with the GO. Sony won't advertise much and will just expect people to buy. I went to buy a 3k for a friend about 2 weeks after release at the UK's biggest game retailer and they said i was the first one to buy one. Surprised? I think not with Sony's advertising
