Because you're probably not running full CFW,you might be running CFWe, set it to ask for password at XMB

But if you have full CFW, set it to ask for password at power on
 
Well I just had an idea.If you were to take the H.Bin from Davees HEN and switch the orginal rebootex with the m33 rebootex would that make a difference?

(Not planning to try it just a thought -.-.)

Yes, of course it would make a difference. But you don't really seem like you know what you're talking about. That's basically what the CFWe does. :-P
