There is an achievement for Europa Universalis 4 (Steam) listed here as "NEW_ACHIEVEMENT_NAME_6_20". This is obviously wrong. I am bemused to see some people having achieved it.

Steam recently changed the default privacy settings for all users. This may impact tracking. Ensure your profile has the correct settings by following the guide on our forums.

Fixed. Sometimes these are achievements that have yet to be activated by the devs which is why it's using a placeholder name. Not sure why these even show up in the feeds Valve provides - but anyway, I've added better detection of these so they are removed automatically.
