Well, before I make a purchase of a PSP i feel i need to know more so that I don't get cheated by local sellers.
You see, I went to other shops to ask around for their PSP prices, and I came across one that told me PSPs upgraded to 3.10-OEA cannot be downgrade anymore, at least for the moment. He advised me to buy his PSP 3.03-OEC because it can still be downgraded if desired.
But he mentions that a "manual" downgrade from 3.10-OEA is not possible, but he has the "special" hardware and software to downgrade, and it might brick your PSP. I am wondering if he's bulls***ing?
He also mentioned that by using 4GB mem stick will make the PSP laggy.
Are the above all true?
