Pandora V7 and a Phat 2.82 official
Yesterday I attempted to Pandora an original 1001 Phat PSP with the 1003 markings on the motherboard and the firmware is official 2.82. The Pandora set is of the V7 variety that I have successfully used to convert about 7 PSP's ranging in age and style. I thought this one was going to be easy but the MS light would flicker for a few seconds then stop. No display at all just black. If I let it sit in that state, the PSP would eventually turn off. I also tried it with and without a game installed. Is there something I am forgetting or is 2.82 too old and needs newer official firmware in order to use the Pandora?
Oh by the way, when I got home I tried the Pandora set on my PSP and the menu came up like normal. So the set is still bootable/functional.
Thanks
