Perhaps Exophase can now implement hour tracking for Wii U and 3DS games?

So... now that Nintendo has released the Nintendo Store App, it's possible to see the hours played on your Switch 2, Switch, and even Wii U and 3DS games, as long as your NNID is linked to your Nintendo Network.

And the best part is that you can do this even if you no longer have the console. (For example, I haven't had a 3DS for a few years, but I can still see the hours played on it.)

So there's definitely some API or something that records this information.

Perhaps Exophase could implement this on the website somehow?

I would love it if that happened.
 
Certainly interesting. Times seem to cap at 'over 200 hours played'. The play times are very generalized and not very accurate but better than nothing. Happy to assist with testing or whatever to help get it tracked on site!
