Capcom's love for the 3DS knows no bounds. Having already announced Mega Man Legends 3 and Resident Evil: The Mercenaries for the platform, word emerges that the company has teamed up with developer Level 5 of Dragon Quest and Professor Layton fame for a mashup of epic proportions -- a 3DS effort tentatively titled Phoenix Wright vs Professor Layton.

I already posted what I thought on twitter, but I'll say it again: My heart nearly EXPLODED with this information.
The 3DS is getting more awesome day AFTER day. I feel sorry for Sony because I really do believe the 3DS will rip apart the PSP2, without a doubt.
 
Is nobody excited about this? A crossover of this size strengthens the 3DS' lineup enormously.
 
I'm so psyched for this. Completely justifies the purchase of a 3DS for me.
