I'm not dead
As promised it's back, but not identical. Make sure you have a read through everything.

[Fieldset=Themes and Interpretation]I will announce the theme at the start of the competition and as a guide, here's how you could use the theme as the basis of your entry.

For example the theme is "water". You need to take a photo and it could be:​

  • A beach / Sea / Lake / Puddle
  • Water beads on a freshly washed car
  • Rain
  • Morning dew
  • A running tap
  • etc etc etc

It's all down to creative license. You interpret the theme how you like. So long as you can explain it that's fine.[/fieldset]
[fieldset=Rules]Moving on... What about people with fancy SLRs and lenses worth more than most peoples entertainment setup? Surely they have an advantage?

Hopefully not under these new rules.

  1. Each photo submitted must be a new photo - No archived or old photos will be allowed.
  2. Only 1 photo may be submitted.
  3. Each entry must be a take on the set theme.
  4. You can NOT submit a previously entered photo from an earlier round.
  5. No crazy lenses (like fisheye) or fancy wizardry (HDR).
  6. No computer editing.
  7. Once your picture is posted, no tampering or changing it. Once it's posted that's it.
  8. Your entry must be accompanied by an explanation to how it fits the theme (unless it's blindingly obvious).

[fieldset=The Prize]Onto what everyone's been waiting for. THE PRIZE

Unlike the last time I ran this there will be no prize for each round. Instead you will gain a letter for each round you win with the aim to spell MFM. So the first to win 3 rounds (they don't need to be won consecutively) will win the prize.

I will be putting aside some money each round, so the longer it takes someone to spell MFM the better the prize will be.

So to have any chance of winning you need to enter repeatedly. ;)[/fieldset]

(I swear I took this photo, I used my iPhone, then uploaded it to my facebook, then downloaded it xD, if you dont believe I took it I have a whole set of similar pics I can upload)
