Publisher Empire Interactive today announced that its remake of 1989's fast-paced puzzle classic Pipemania is scheduled for a summer release on the PSP, PlayStation 2, Nintendo DS, Wii, and PC.

In the game, players must lay down a set of pre-defined pipe tiles in an attempt to contain a fast moving substance known as "Flooze." The remake will feature 70 levels in all, with Empire promising enhanced visuals and all-new play mechanics.
