Playtime from games on physical PlayStation 5 disks not syncing

Over the last couple of weeks I noticed that my playtime for Grand Theft Auto V which I have been consistently playing on disk had not been syncing, but games that I have played digital have been syncing. With the recent announcement of Sony ending the production of physical PlayStation games I have seen posts on X saying that people's playtime data for disk based games is no longer showing or no longer updating. Has anyone else experienced this issue and is there a solution?
 
Hi, I noticed the same on my side.

I played serveral hours with the physical version of The Last of Us Part 1 on my PS5, and whatever I do the playtime does not appear on Exophase (even though the game correctly appears in my profile with the trophies I earned). No issue when I play with digital games.
