Playtime tracked for Resident Evil 0 (PS5)

Hello,

I'm having an issue with ExoPhase not tracking my playtime for Resident Evil 0. I'm playing the PS4 version of the game on a PlayStation 5, and I already have more than 2 hours of gameplay recorded on the console.

However, ExoPhase is not showing any playtime for this game. I noticed that some players on the leaderboard do have their playtime tracked correctly for Resident Evil 0, which makes me wonder if there may be a tracking issue affecting my account or this specific game entry.

I know there are reports of playtime tracking problems on ExoPhase for some games, but I haven't seen anyone reporting this issue specifically with Resident Evil 0. If possible, could you please check whether there is any problem with the tracking data for my account or for this game?

Seems to be a PSN issue, unless you've changed any settings on your account recently.

It's not showing hours played for any of your games when I run a manual scan here. I mean we've previously picked up hours played on your account - but currently PSN is not sending back any data for it. I've verified it's the same on PSN as well, when viewing your profile through the mobile app, it's showing your trophies but nothing under "Recently played". It should show hours for the last two games played there.

Edit: I checked a few other profiles and "Recently played" is also empty in the PS mobile app. So, it seems like this isn't specific to your account and hours played aren't showing up for anyone right now. They don't even show for my own account in the app. I haven't had a chance to check on console yet.

The playtime for Resident Evil 0 is now being tracked correctly on ExoPhase.

I have not changed any of my privacy settings. All of my PlayStation privacy settings have remained public, with the only exception being my friends list, which is set to private.

Since the tracking has started working again without any changes on my end, it may have been a temporary PSN synchronization issue or a bug affecting the playtime data.

It's a PSN issue I think, multiple people (including me) don't see what games they own in the app and some also don't see it on the console, so maybe the playtime is affected too
